Pēc zobārstu ieteikumiem lietoju skalojamo (funkcija - šķīdināt aplikumu), pēc tam tīru zobus ar zobu pastu.

Ou, tagad taču varētu katra pamērīties, kādā secībā viss notiek: zobu tīrīšana ar birstīti, izdiegošana, mēles notīrīšana un mutes izskalošana ar speciālo mutes skalojamo un tās, kuras lieto ūdeni droši vien var aiz katra pierakstīt klāt: mutes skalošana ar ūdeni, zobu birstītes skalošana ar ūdeni, lai atkal to ieliktu mutē utt :-D

 Mans zobārsts ieteica mutes skalojamo līdzekli pēc zobu tīrīšanas nelietot, tad nu arī paklausu norādījumiem. Pēc zobu tīrīšanas muti neskaloju arī ar ūdeni.
