Maize (tikai Kelmenu rudzu), sviests, margarins, majoneze, saldais krejums, sals, cukurs, melna teja, desas, siers parastais (tikai Prizma 29%), ta ka dzeram tikai udeni un vinu, tad visi dzerieni, cipsi, konfektes, picas, pusfabrikatus, jogurti, cisini, risi, griki, makaroni... dalu vienkarsi needu, dala nav veseligi.
Loti daudz edam zalumus (petersili, dilles, loki, rukola). Tomatus, olas, pukkapostus, bietes, burkanus, vistas galu. Sad tad sushi.
