Crew Dispatcher
airbaltic aircraft Responsibilities •Make necessary actions in case of crew roster changes (including changes in documentation and communication to crew members)
•Monitor and calculate actual crew duty/rest periods in order to comply with duty/rest time regulations; report any non-conformity to the Direct Supervisor
•Provide minimal crew for specific flights and aircraft types
•Prepare reports about crew block time, prevent violations of working time
•Provide correct and precise information inserted in NetLine
•Guarantee timely departure of flights on behalf of crew
•Give precise and complete information summary about the shift in daily log
•Provide crew members with a high level of internal service culture
Requirements •Professional secondary education or high school diploma required
•Logical thinking, accuracy and high sense of responsibility
•Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
•Good communication skills, open for cooperation
•Very good organizational skills
•Ability to work in stressful situations
•Ability to work in shifts (05:00 - 14:30 // 14:00 - 00:30)
•Experience in aviation will be considered as advantage
